This right here (in case you didn't notice) is a belt, & a nice one at that. Done up in a classic braided leather there's not much we can say or explain here that pictures don't really do. One of the advantages of this style of belt is the fact that you don't need to try fit into one of the pre-determined belt holes. Instead you can just pick a spot & jam it through.

It's especially useful for when your weight fluctuates more than usual, saving you from either buying a new belt or worse, taking it to the cobbler you literally never spoke to before & seeing if they'll do you a favour by popping an extra few holes in your belt...
