Marni Dot Zip Wallet Camel/Olive/Petrol

Did you know that petrol in Australia is either pink or yellow? Turns out most petroleums are coloured for distinct reasons but very few are of a hue that represents what fashion normally calls "petrol blue". Apparently there's pretty good reason to think it actually originates from the colour that paraffin (a petroleum compound used for lights etc before electricity) is the origin, as it often was coloured a hue very similar to the blueish-green colour we associate with the term now.

Fortunately there isn't really as much debate around the colour of camels or olives, although I guess you could argue that black olives are still olives but let's not get into that one. Nevertheless there's 3 colours used on this wallet & there's only 1 of them that has such a confusing origin story.

Card slots keep all of your gym memberships & loyalty cards safe for use once every 7 months whilst the zippered pouch will surely make for a great place to store change from that time you went to the markets & forgot it was cash-only.

  • Made from Italian Saffiano leather
  • 3 back & 1 front card slots (4 total)
  • Zippered internal pouch
  • Approx size (cm): 10 x 8.5 x 3 (expandable)
  • Supplied in presentation box with branded dust bag
  • Made in Italy
