Postage & Handling Times
We attempt to ship our orders within the fastest time possible, meaning most orders made during weekdays before 5pm local time will be shipped same-day.
Orders placed outside of these hours will be shipped by 5pm the next business day. In event there is a reason for delay beyond this we will do our best to inform customers.
All online orders are shipped using services provided by Australia Post via the Regular Post option or Express Post (when selected). Specific shipping instructions are adhered to where possible, if you have any questions or requests please contact us before placing your order.
Our Returns Policy
Please choose carefully as we do not refund incorrect purchases. Please note; exchanges are subject to availability & approval.
AFTERPAY: No returns or refunds will be allowed for purchases made with Afterpay.
Order cancellations will incur a $20 restocking fee at the time of refund.
Refund & exchange requests must be made within 14 days of the initial order date.
The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping item/s back to Contra for a refund or exchange and the item/s are shipped at the customers own risk. In the case of an exchange, the buyer is also responsible for the cost of shipping of the exchanged item. Any item/s being sent back to Contra for a refund or exchange must be in brand new condition as received.
We take all reasonable steps to keep secure any information which we hold about you. Personal information may be stored both electronically on our computer system, and in hard-copy form. Firewalls, 2048 Bit v3 SSL encryption, passwords, anti-virus software and email filters act to protect all our electronic information.
We do not store credit card information, we securely submit credit card information to our bank for processing.
