Please choose carefully as we do not refund for an incorrect purchase. You are able to exchange an unwanted item for another item in the store. Please note; all exchanges are subject to availability.
The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping item/s back to Contra for a refund or exchange and the item/s are shipped at the customers own risk. In the case of an exchange, the buyer is also responsible for the cost of shipping of the exchanged item. Any item/s being sent back to Contra for a refund or exchange must be in brand new condition as received.
If you need a refund you can contact us at the store via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or phone +61 7 3189 2601 and your request will be reviewed. We will require the following information:
• Full name
• Contact information (email / Phone)
• Purchase information / order number
• Method of payment
• Amount paid
• Reason for refund / exchange
We will send you details via email on how to send the item/s back for refund or exchange.
A refund will not be issued until the items have been returned to Contra and have been inspected. Items that have been approved to be sent back for a refund must be received within 7 days (Australian customers) or 14 days (International customers) of the approval. Refunds will be credited to the customer via the initial method of payment (eg. Credit Card). Any items not received by Contra within this time cannot be processed for a refund and will be returned to the customer.
Any manufacturing faults found in items purchased from Contra are to be dealt with between the customer and manufacturer and are not the responsibility of Contra.
